The client
The company estos GmbH is a provider of standard software in the field of telecommunications (Unified Communications) and can look back on 20 years of company history. The product range includes enterprise applications as well as middleware and services from the cloud. Sales take place via multipliers such as resellers and distributors or in the form of white label solutions.
The challenge
For the 6th generation of its UC communication solution, estos had the mobile app completely redesigned. Usability was the top priority in the implementation of the latest product generation. To ensure this, the app was redeveloped from the ground up. We developed a new operating concept and implemented essential new features, namely IP telephony (VoIP) directly in the app.
This project was implemented in direct collaboration with the client’s development team.
1,000,000 successful calls
This is the amount of calls clients have already made using the new app. In addition to calls to the classic telephone network, peer-to-peer video chats are also supported.
